Everyone needs help sometimes

Life is hectic and it's getting more complicated every day. It's understandable that you don't have the time to do everything you need or want to do! Let me help you get things back in order. If your ADHD or ADD is getting in the way, know that I work really well with neurodivergent folks and have asynchronous conversations in my daily life.

Here’s a list of my most frequently requested services. Contact me for more information on your specific needs.
  • Administrative Assistance or Virtual Assistance: Is it done in a brick-and-mortar office? I can do it for you remotely.
  • Document Creation: Let me set up, format, or maintain documents for you — I can format that newsletter or manuscript you've been putting off, or help you with invoices, proposals, e-books, classes, spreadsheets, and more.
  • Commissioned Public Notary in Oregon. That one's self-explanatory.
  • Packing for Moving & Unpacking After A Move: I'll pack, organize, and label your stuff so it gets to your new place in the same condition it left. If you've just arrived in Portland or nearby, I'll unpack everything and put it in its new home.
  • Personal Assistant: I’m here to help when you need some extra hands, eyes, legs, organization, and energy. I'll run errands, make appointments, bring in your mail, or whatever you need (within reason).
  • Professional Organizer: Want to clean out your spare room or re-consider how you organize your life? I offer a fresh set of eyes and hands and work with you to clear your space in a way that leaves you feeling refreshed and renewed.
  • Schedule/Calendar Management: Overwhelmed with the days? Let me help schedule your appointments, reservations, or phone calls.
  • Shipping Packages & Bulk Mailers: I've been shipping things with USPS, UPS, and FedEx for 25 years and am an expert on getting things where they're supposed to go.
